Our shipping policy

SGC International offers worldwide shipping. If you live within the European Union (EU), shipping is arranged automatically through our webshop. Would you like to order but is your place of residence outside of the EU? Please contact us with your order and we will arrange shipping to almost everywhere!

We are working hard to make ordering through our webshop available for all countries, regardless of the continent.

Depending on the country you live in, shipping costs vary. Please consult the information dropdowns on the right to find the shipping cost for your order.

Shipping is free for every order over €350,00, no matter the destination.

Your order's shipping journey

Once you place your order, we jump into action! We carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. This process takes a maximum of 3 to 5 business days, ensuring everything is in perfect condition before it leaves our warehouse.

After your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. While we work hard to process your order quickly, we unfortunately have no control over the exact time it takes for the courier to deliver your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, your location, and other external factors.

After we handed your order to the courier, you will receive a tracking code to follow its journey.
